What Vinylfig stores
Vinylfig stores the account information needed to sign you in, your profile settings, shelf, wishlist, albums, follows, gallery activity, comments, messages, private figure notes, and support requests.
What is public
Your username, display name, avatar, bio, public profile links, and anything you deliberately publish may be visible. Your shelf and wishlist follow the privacy choices in your settings. Your account email and private figure notes are never shown publicly.
Messages and moderation
Direct messages are visible to their participants. Reports and support requests may be reviewed by Vinylfig administrators to operate and protect the service.
Anonymous diagnostics
Vinylfig records page paths, feature events, browser error types, and an anonymous session identifier to understand reliability and improve onboarding. It does not include private notes, message contents, email addresses, usernames, or catalog search text.
Your choices
You can control shelf, wishlist, profile-comment, and direct-message privacy in Settings. Contact Vinylfig to request an export or deletion of your account and associated personal data.
